负责新疆区域的业务销售,管理带动经销商,协调各部门在新疆区域的各项销售工作,搭建客户与公司的学术平台,扩大市场份额。
Purpose/Objective:
This position is expected to well implement company’s selling strategies, lead distributors to achieve annual selling targets, provide sufficient supports to channel partners and help customers solve their problems.
Area of Responsibilities:
Responsible for selling LBS instruments and reagent; Facilitate sales activities and monitor the sales performance of dealers, including daily dealer management; Provide pre-sales technical support to end user and dealers; Provide basic product training for internal and external groups, including workshops and instrument demonstration; Initiate and support the regional marketing programs; Prepare sales forecast and analysis and develop plans to maximize sales opportunities; Monitor competitive activities and customer response and provide feedback to the management team; Routine customer visit and build up good relationship with key customers.
Person Specification:
University degree or above; with Min. 3 year related work experience; Ability to deliver clear presentation and speak to internal & external groups; Fluent in English & Chinese writing & speaking; Familiar with MS-Office (Word, Excel, Access, Outlook, PowerPoint);
