The Associate Warehouse is responsible for ensuring efficient warehouse operations, from stock receipt to shipping, while maintaining high standards of quality and compliance with SOPs.

This position reports to the Customer Support & Logistics Team Leader and is part of the Logistics and customer service team, located in Centurion, South Africa, and will be an on-site role.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

• Manage warehouse processes from stock entry to shipping or scrapping.

• Order stock from local and international suppliers.

• Receive, check, and manage inventory, including FIFO and expiry monitoring.

• Package finished products for shipping (shrink wrapping, boxing, labelling).

• Ensure quality control - no damaged products accepted or shipped.

• Complete stock counts and update ERP system regularly.

• Maintain 5S standards and good housekeeping practices.

• Monitor supplier back-orders and courier freight invoices.

• Communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders regarding stock delays and issues.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

• Grade 12/Matric and a relevant tertiary qualification

• At least 12 months of relevant experience in warehouse or logistics operations.

• Computer literacy, including MS Office Suite and Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.

• Experience with Axapta is a plus

• Strong English communication skills (verbal and written).
