The Commercial Excellence Manager for Radiometer has the overall responsibility to leveraging commercial excellence tools & processes and partnering with the commercial teams to drive profitable revenues growth.
This position is part of the India Leadership Team and report to the General Manager, India & South Asia. The role will be based out of our Mumbai office. At Radiometer, our vision is to improve global healthcare with reliable, fast, and easy patient diagnoses.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
- Lead and coordinate Commercial Excellence activities across the India region, with particular focus on funnel management, CRM visibility and data quality, budget planning, KPI reporting, Ops reviews, Commercial Growth Rooms, strategic 3-5 years business plans, solutions/value selling, lead generation and follow-up, Channel Partners compliance.
- Collaborate with Zonal managers, National heads across Sales, service in budget planning and identification of strategic initiatives to deliver profitable revenues growth
- Actively participate in monthly Ops reviews, track commercial performances and coordinate DBS/Commex activities to deliver on expected business targets
- Facilitate data driven decision making by creating curated business reports for cross functional teams
- Design and sustain dashboard for Leadership reviews, internal meetings, regional business meets
- Increase funnel management adoption by conducting sessions for teams and publishing dashboards for reviews and building a standardized review mechanism to elevate the usage of CRM
- Design excel based simulation tools for incentives and help sales team simulate incentive earning
- Define strategies and plans to expand and commercialize the whole product and solutions portfolio across the region
The essential requirements of the job include:
- Degree in Economics, Marketing, Engineering or equivalent, with preferably knowledge of medical industry and global markets, combined with strong commercial experience. Masters preferred
- Minimum 10 years of commercial excellence management experience
- Leadership experience and abilities – demonstrated self-confidence, a positive and proactive approach to addressing challenges, fostering growth, and promoting open communication and collaboration, trustworthy and honest
- Strategic mindset and strong business acumen with the ability to quickly understand Radiometer’s strategies and business model and convert strategy into action.
- Experience in budget planning and execution, funnel management and reporting; and excellent internal and external communication skills and stakeholder management
Language
- Fluent in English
- Fluency in one or more regional languages is an advantage.
IT
- Knowledge of CRM applications (Microsoft CRM preferred)
- Expert usage of MS Office applications
Travel (required estimated % of time)
- Required 50% of the working time
Other
- Experience with Commercial Excellence tools and processes
- Knowledge of DBS methodology preferred
