The Customer Care Manager is responsible for leading the end-to-end order fulfillment and inventory management processes to ensure on-time delivery, revenue recognition, and compliance with company policies. This role drives operational excellence by optimizing workflows, managing customer relationships, and developing a high-performing team culture that aligns with organizational values and performance goals.

This position reports to the General Manager, Korea and is part of the Customer Care team located in Seoul and will be an on-site role.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Lead end-to-end order fulfillment including order entry, delivery, and revenue recognition while ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Manage customer relationships by addressing queries, handling returns, and ensuring timely resolution of issues.
  • Drive on-time delivery performance through effective management of Customer Request Dates and Past Due Orders.
  • Oversee inventory and logistics operations, including receiving goods, packing, shipping documentation, and import/export compliance.
  • Ensure accurate financial processes such as invoicing and Letter of Credit negotiation.
  • Implement process improvements to optimize workflow efficiency and operational excellence.
  • Develop and inspire the customer care team, fostering a positive culture aligned with organizational values and performance goals.

The essential requirements of the job include:

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in order management or customer care/service, with proven leadership in customer service with minimum 5 years of manager experience.
  • Strong expertise in trade compliance, including Letters of Credit, import/export control, and certificates of origin.
  • Background in supply chain and logistics operations.
  • Proficiency in SAP, SFDC, and PC applications, with strong technical aptitude.
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills, with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, capable of building strong cross-functional partnerships.
  • Fluent in English and Korean, with ability to work independently in time-critical environments.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

  • Strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills, highly detail-oriented, and able to work independently under pressure.
  • Proficient in SAP and SFDC with advanced Excel and data analysis skills.
