The Senior Director Global Commercial Enablement is responsible for orchestrating Radiometer’s commercial operating rhythm—ensuring full visibility and flow across demand generation, funnel progression, forecasting, and revenue delivery. This role drives Danaher Business System (DBS) rigor, standard work, and continuous improvement through data, advanced analytics, and AI to improve forecast accuracy, funnel health, and market transparency.

This position reports to the Vice President Commercial and is part of the Commercial Leadership Team and will be working remotely with frequent travel to our Headquarter in Copenhagen, Denmark, and in the Commercial Regions. The position can be based globally, with a preference for candidates located in Europe due to the need for a high on‑site presence at our Copenhagen office.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Establish and continuously elevate a disciplined global commercial operating cadence—including forecast reviews, funnel health assessments, and risk/opportunity management—anchored in DBS standard work, clear KPIs, and consistent execution.
  • Drive step-change improvements in forecast accuracy, transparency, and leadership confidence across global, regional, and country levels by leveraging advanced analytics and AI-enabled forecasting insights.
  • Create end-to-end visibility across markets, pipeline, and funnel performance, enabling faster, fact-based decision-making and delivering predictable, sustainable growth.
  • Ensure focus on the highest-value opportunities at the right time by aligning Sales, Marketing, Finance, Digital, and Operations into a single, integrated commercial rhythm with clear priorities and accountability.
  • Lead, coach, and develop multiple leaders and their teams, while influencing and aligning Regional GMs, Sales Directors and functional VPs to embed standard work and drive enterprise-wide adoption of operating rhythms.

The essential requirements of the job include:

  • Proven experience leading managers-of-managers (M3+) in global commercial enablement, sales operations, or commercial excellence roles within diagnostics, medical devices, or comparable B2B healthcare sectors.
  • Strong track record implementing DBS or Lean/OPEX systems at enterprise scale, including standard work, KPI cascades, and structured commercial management routines.
  • Advanced capability with modern commercial data and forecasting stacks (CRM, BI/analytics, AI-enabled forecasting) delivering measurable improvements in forecast accuracy and funnel performance.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred, with significant progressive leadership experience and global scope.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives across Sales, Marketing, Finance, Digital, Services, and Operations in multi-region environments.
  • Experience establishing data governance and executive dashboards that enable real-time visibility and proactive risk/opportunity management.
  • Proven ownership of annual planning, resource allocation, and prioritization across multiple interdependent teams.

Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements:

  • Willingness and ability to travel internationally approximately 25–30%, including overnight travel, to engage with regional teams and customers.
  • Valid passport required

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

  • DBS certification or formal Lean program leadership in a commercial or go-to-market context.
  • Building and scaling AI-enabled commercial analytics and executive dashboards at global enterprise level.
  • Commercial enablement or excellence leadership within a diagnostics or medical device OpCo in the Danaher platform or a similarly performance-driven organization.
