Market Insight & Competitive Intelligence

  • Establish and maintain a systematic IVD market intelligence monitoring framework to continuously track global and China market dynamics, technological trends (e.g., Molecular Diagnostics, POCT, AI-assisted Diagnostics), regulatory changes, and industry landscape evolution.
  • Conduct in-depth competitor analysis covering product pipelines, business models, marketing activities, financial performance, and strategic moves. Produce regular analysis reports to identify potential threats and opportunities.
  • Analyze market size, growth drivers, and segment attractiveness by synthesizing macro-environmental factors, industry data, and internal sales data.

2. Strategic Planning & Decoding Execution

  • Lead the development and regular updating of the company's 3-5 year strategic plan, defining strategic objectives, development pathways, and key milestones.
  • Translate the mid-to-long-term strategy into annual business plans and key strategic initiatives (OKRs/KPIs). Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, R&D, and Operations to ensure strategic alignment and resource allocation.
  • Own the strategic calibration component for the annual budget and rolling forecast process, providing key market assumptions and growth model support.
  • Monitor strategy execution, conduct regular reviews to assess effectiveness, and propose dynamic adjustments.

3. Cross-functional Collaboration & Decision Support

  • Act as a strategic hub, coordinating with Marketing, Sales, R&D, Finance, and other departments to integrate internal and external perspectives and drive data-informed business decisions.
  • Provide forward-looking market analysis and strategic recommendations for key projects such as NPD, market entry, M&A, and business expansion.
  • Develop and maintain key market data dashboards to communicate insights and strategic findings clearly to senior management and relevant departments.

4. Team & System Building

  • Manage and develop the Market Intelligence Analyst team,and Promote the standardization and digitalization of the company's internal market intelligence processes and knowledge management systems.
