The Shipping Administrator role is a position within Shipping Department team of 15 people.

Shipping team provides global distribution services that includes order management, liaising with carriers, customs brokers, and freight forwarders on a daily base, with detailed attention to company’s distribution setup. Core shipping activity is to secure vital logistic flow between Global Distribution Center and company’s business partners – internal and external. That requires excellent own work organization and collaboration on various levels such as planning department, customers,
warehouse, and logistics services providers. Our shipping processes are bonded with operational procedures that provide standard work and quality assurance.

We seek for open minded person, with good understanding of shipping industry to work in well-maintained distribution setup that has its core in global airfreight and European courier network.

Global Supply Chain is a dynamic area, where business and sales meet logistics. We are committed to delivering results and meeting customer’s satisfaction. You will manage your own customers, but also you will have whole team shared tasks.

The role is located in Stargard and will report to Shipping Leader.

The essential requirements of the job include:

• University degree in field of logistics and/or transport / engineering.

• English language skills in writing and speaking/ min B1 level.

• Proven international shipping/outbound logistics experience around 2 years.

• Very good time management.

• A high drive and ability to take initiative.

• Experience in international corporation.
