The Field Service Engineer (FSE) for Beckman Coulter Diagnostics is responsible for whole Customer Service Support agenda of Beckman Coulter KK. Depending on your preference and suitability, there are carrier options within the department such as Technical Support, Customer Training Center and Call Center for the future.

This position is part of the Beckman Coulter Japan Diagnostics West Field Service team located in Nagoya and will be remote work at Beckman Coulter. Our vision is to relentlessly reimagine healthcare, one diagnosis at a time.

You will be a part of the Beckman Coulter Diagnostics West Field Service and work as a Nagoya area Field Service Engineer. You will report to DX Nagoya Field Service Supervisor or Manager.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Achieve the maintenance and improvement of customer satisfaction through service support activities in Nagoya areas (Nagoya, Kanazawa and Shizuoka).
  • Learn several product line instruments maintenance skills.
  • Work with other Customer Support organizations such as Field Application Specialists, Technical Support and Call Center for maintain existing customers.

The essential requirements of the job include:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Working experience in Customer Service in a multi-national company minimum 5
    years.
  • Advance skill/knowledge of Service Engineer.
  • Experience department business goal management. (Revenue, inventory control etc)

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

  • Working experience in medical diagnostic company.
  • English communication (reading)
