The Learning Technology & Development Specialist (EMEA) is responsible for managing and optimizing our learning technology platforms across EMEA—such as the Docebo learning management system and the Qstream microlearning environment—while also designing, developing, and facilitating high-impact learning programs that build commercial, leadership, and core capabilities across the region.
This position reports to the Head of Learning & Development, EMEA and is part of the EMEA Learning & Development team working remotely to cover the EMEA region.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
- Own and administer our EMEA learning technology ecosystem, including the Docebo LMS and Qstream microlearning platforms—ensuring accurate data structures, seamless user experiences, timely troubleshooting, and consistent configuration aligned with global standards.
- Design and build high-quality learning solutions—including ILT (instructor-led training), VILT (virtual instructor-led training), and digital learning content—that strengthen commercial capabilities, leadership effectiveness, communication, and core skills across diverse EMEA teams.
- Facilitate engaging and outcome-driven learning sessions, both virtually and in person, adapting delivery to learners across multiple countries, cultures, and functions.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on learning activity and performance, converting platform data into insights that support capability development planning and measure the effectiveness of programs across the region.
- Improve learning operations and processes, including documentation of standards, validation of system updates, optimization of workflows, and coordination of regional L&D initiatives that enhance efficiency and learner experience.
The essential requirements of the job include
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, Business Administration or related field; or equivalent professional experience gained through Learning & Development roles.
- Minimum of 3 years of Learning & Development experience, including 2+ years administering an enterprise Learning Management System (e.g., Docebo, Cornerstone, SuccessFactors) or microlearning platform with responsibility for user/group management, content publishing, reporting, and system configuration.
- Experience designing and developing structured ILT/VILT programs and digital learning assets, using authoring tools such as Articulate 360 (Storyline and Rise), Adobe Captivate, or Camtasia, with demonstrated ability to create learning aligned to defined objectives.
- Experience delivering virtual and in-person sales training programs, including responsibility for preparing materials, engaging diverse audiences, and supporting measurable learner outcomes related to sales performance.
- Professional working proficiency in English with experience supporting learning initiatives across multiple countries or multicultural teams
Requirements:
- Ability and willingness to travel up to 50% within EMEA (and occasionally beyond) for training delivery, workshops, and team meetings.
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
- Hands-on administration of Docebo and Qstream, including configuration, reporting, and user support.
- Experience working with commercial or customer-facing teams within diagnostics, medical devices, or broader life sciences.
- Additional EMEA language(s) beyond English.
