The Production Trainer is responsible for effectively training new and experienced workers in manufacturing processes, standards and expectations, ensuring effective skills application.

This position reports to the Sr. Training Manager and is part of the Learning & Development team located in Lodi, CA and will be an on-site role. The hours for this position are Monday-Friday 5am-1:30pm.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

• Train manufacturing workers and operations workers on Processes, Standards, New skills, etc.
• Facilitate on-the-job training and classroom training daily in various settings (1-on-1, large group, small group, etc) and on various topics (such as new hire orientation, products, manufacturing process, quality, computers, etc.)
• Support cross-functional learning and development projects

The essential requirements of the job include:

• High school diploma or GED with at least 1 year of relevant experience (manufacturing, logistics, work instructions, SOP’s, regulated environment, industry related experience)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams and PowerPoint

Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements:

• Ability to lift, move or carry equipment up to 22lbs

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

• Training, Facilitation, or Teaching/Instructing

The hourly range for this role is $23.07 - $30.52. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. This range may be modified in the future.

This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
