RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Set and update office management SOP/standard work to ensure the implementation.
  • Plan and control annual and quarterly office administration budget to ensure the financial resource is utilized in proper and economical way.
  • Responsible for daily office admin including payment, email & courier service, facility maintenance, meeting support, purchasing, etc.
  • Ensure a safe, efficient, and professional office environment.
  • Support HR team on Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Organization Development, Employee Engagement to drive operational excellence.
  • Deep understanding of business and employee needs, take the initiative to find and solve problems in business development and management and improve organizational efficiency.
  • Responsible for internal communication and activities support.
  • Act as key player in HR projects to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Other assignments in HR & Administrative.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably with Business Administration and HR focus.
  • 3+ years HR or administrative experience in multinational companies.
  • Hands-on, a proactive problem-solver with a customer-centric mindset.
  • Able to embrace change with proven track record of successful adapting to a variety of organization challenges and circumstances.
  • Good process-orientation and can develop and implement effective HR & Administrative processes and procedures.
  • Strong communication skills and supportive mind.
  • Excellent written and spoken English and Mandarin capabilities.
  • Strong command of Microsoft Office products: PowerPoint, Excel, Word.
