The QA Engineer is responsible for performance and supervision over Validation activities in Radiometer. QA Engineer must act as an expert in the field of Qualification and Validation of processes, equipment, systems, software, methods and work environment. As such, the employee must advise and support company in development, implementation and improvement of validation processes in all mentioned above areas. QA Engineer might also be support as partnership and advise in project related validation execution in global environment, where legal and contract manufacturers are cooperating to implement process and product changes.

This position reports to the Manager, QA and is part of the Quality Validation Team located in Stargard, Poland, and will be an on-site role.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Perform and supervise validation activities that have impact on the quality management system in the company.
  • Keep QMS procedures related to validation up to date with valid regulatory requirements, standards and guides.
  • Collaborate with colleagues placed across Europe, Asia, and America
  • Take part in operation projects related to transfers and expansions according to set priorities.
  • Perform training related to QMS- validation area.

Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements:

  • Requires travel 1-2 times per year to other operating company
  • Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record

The essential requirements of the job include:

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar position in quality department or other, preferable in medical device industry or other with a comparable high regulatory level industry
  • Very good (min. B2 level) verbal and written communication skills in English. The position is working closely with the rest of the global organization.
  • Understanding and experience in validation process principles
  • Understanding and experience in software validation principles
  • Understanding and experience with change control process, risk management, statistical technique

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

  • Working accurately with attention to details
  • Demonstrating problem solving skills
  • Competency in MS Office products and experience with Quality Management Systems
