We need a Design Specialist to support the growth of what is both one of the newest and most established brands in our industry. The Design Specialist contributes to translating brand strategy into creative concepts and assets. If you are passionate about visual storytelling, enjoy collaborating with internal clients, and are eager to grow your design expertise across digital and print media, we encourage you to apply.

This position reports to the Creative Director, is part of the Global Brand and Marketing Communications team, and will be an on-site role located Bangalore.

What you will do:

• Design creative assets that align with brand guidelines and support marketing campaigns.
• Assist in the development of brand templates and visual standards.
• Create graphics, illustrations, and infographics for use in digital and print media.
• Support social media and website content design with guidance from senior designers.
• Collaborate with team members to refine design concepts and ensure consistency across deliverables.

Who you are:

• Bachelor’s degree in fine arts, graphic design or an equivalent discipline

• 2+ years of design experience at an agency, design firm, or in-house marketing or communications department
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, Illustrator, and PowerPoint.
• Solid understanding of design principles and typography across digital and print formats.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks with moderate guidance.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

• Working with large multinational brands.
