The Product Manager – Serum collaborates closely with the global product manager, procurement, and commercial sales teams to ensure customer demand is met with products that fully align with customer requirements. This role also focuses on automating key processes and enhancing planning systems to increase inventory turnover and strengthen overall customer satisfaction.
This position reports to the Director of Product Management and is part of the Cell Culture Media product management team located in Logan, Utah. This role will be an on-site in the Logan Main office.
What you will do:
- Monitor global production plans to ensure serum supply aligns with customer product‑testing schedules and with optimal inventory levels.
- Manage and track reserved serum to ensure full compliance with global serum policies
- Coordinate with cross‑functional teams to allocate the correct serum to matching purchase orders.
- Focus on automating and improving processes to drive meaningful change to global business
- Support demand planning efforts to uphold product availability commitments across regions.
Who you are:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, life sciences, engineering, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Proven experience designing and managing complex processes and workflows
- Hands‑on experience with Oracle and other advanced ERP platforms, such as Salesforce
- Background in production planning involving multiple variables and constraints
- Ability to help develop and drive improvements to complex processes
Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environmental Requirements:
- Ability to travel up to 10% globally as required
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
- 2-3+ years of experience in Product Management, Sales, or R&D
- Understanding of cell culture serum products and overall markets

The annual salary range for this role is $90,000 - $110,000. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. This range may be modified in the future.
This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
