Position Responsibilities|岗位职责

• Lead the end-to-end research and development of advanced functional materials, including design, synthesis, performance optimization, and application evaluation.
• 负责先进功能材料的全流程研发工作,包括设计、合成、性能优化及应用评估。

• Develop and refine material characterization and analytical methods to support continuous improvement and data‑driven decision‑making.
• 建立与优化材料表征及分析方法,以支持持续改进和基于数据的决策。

• Support process development, scale‑up studies, and the transition of new technologies from laboratory to broader implementation.
• 支持工艺开发与放大研究,推动新技术从实验室向更大规模的应用转移。

• Collaborate cross‑functionally with internal teams—such as manufacturing, quality, supply chain, and product teams—to ensure project alignment and successful execution.
• 与制造、质量、供应链和产品团队等跨部门协作,确保项目一致性及顺利实施。

• Contribute to innovation initiatives, problem‑solving activities, and continuous improvement of R&D workflows and technical standards.
• 参与创新探索、技术问题解决活动,并推动研发流程与技术标准的持续优化。

Qualifications|任职要求

• Ph.D. degree or above in materials science, chemistry, chemical engineering, biological engineering, or related disciplines.
• 材料科学、化学、化工、生物工程或相关专业博士及以上学历。

• Experience in material research, formulation development, or process optimization within a scientific or engineering environment.
• 具备材料研发、配方开发或工艺优化相关经验。

• Familiarity with material design principles, characterization techniques, or surface modification methods is preferred.
• 熟悉材料设计思路、表征技术或表面改性方法者优先。

• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic, multidisciplinary environment.
• 具备良好的分析与问题解决能力,能够在多学科、快节奏环境中协同推进项目。

• Effective communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• 具备良好的沟通能力,能够同时处理多项任务并合理排序优先级。
