Requires travel 1–2 times per year to other operating companies/sites.
Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
The essential requirements of the job include:
Minimum 2 years’ experience in Quality/Regulatory/Operations (medical device preferred, or another highly regulated industry).
Very good (min. B2) English—written and verbal—to work effectively with a global organization; Polish language and Danish language skills are an advantage.

Understanding and experience with QMS software/eQMS (e.g., MasterControl or similar) and strong MS Office skills.
Well‑structured and detail‑oriented with proven ability to manage administrative tasks reliably and on time.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
Working accurately with strong attention to detail in a high‑volume/regulated environment.
Problem‑solving and continuous improvement (e.g., root‑cause, standard work, simple visual management).
