The Marketing Communications Manager will be responsible for our imaging systems, which enable scientists to unlock the full potential of complex biology and revolutionize research.

This position reports to the Senior Manager, Europe Marketing and is part of the Marketing team. This will be a remote role covering Europe.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to

• Develop and deliver integrated marketing campaigns across digital channels (web, social, email) and traditional platforms (events, tradeshows, media).
• Explore and apply AI-enabled marketing tools to improve campaign targeting, content creation, and performance insights.
• Create compelling content and stories that showcase how our solutions advance scientific discovery.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product Management, and other teams to ensure campaigns align with business priorities.
• Manage budgets effectively and report on ROI to drive continuous improvement.
• Continuous learning: Master Danaher business systems (DBS) and drive your personal development, always seeking ways to improve and innovate.
• Additional responsibilities: Perform related tasks as needed, contributing to the overall success of the marketing function.

The essential requirements of the role include:

• Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• 4+ years’ experience in marketing communications, ideally in life science, medical device or healthcare industries.
• Comfortable using modern marketing technologies and open to learning AI-driven tools for efficiency and personalisation.
• Strong writing and storytelling skills with an eye for detail.
• Experience with marketing automation and analytics tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Power BI).
• Familiarity with creative tools (Adobe suite) and an interest in emerging technologies

Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements

• this role involves 20%-30% of travel

It would be a plus if you also possess

• French language skills
