The Senior Manager of Contract Compliance and Resolution will lead compliance and resolution activities across NACO (North America Commercial Organization) within Client Services. This role ensures contractual integrity, minimizes contract leakage, and drives revenue optimization through effective quote-to-cash management. The leader will actively engage with Sales teams and customers to negotiate terms, resolve issues, and strengthen contractual performance, while overseeing a team responsible for compliance monitoring, change orders, freight revenue recovery, and contract resolution.
This position reports to the Vice President, North America Client Services and is part of the Client Services team and will be fully remote.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
- Lead NACO contract compliance governance by enforcing contractual terms, overseeing GPO tier adherence, rebate structures, and compliance frameworks, and recommending strategic opportunities for long-term financial performance.
- Drive revenue optimization post sale contracts and mitigate financial risk by identifying contract leakage, improving quote-to-cash execution of financial terms, highlighting areas of opportunity for improved profitability, and overseeing freight recovery initiatives, rebate governance, and other contractually governed revenue streams.
- Serve as a strategic partner to Sales and key customers, securing buy-in through strong influence skills, navigating tough conversations, and driving aligned outcomes that support both customer and business objectives while negotiating terms, resolving compliance issues, and strengthening relationships.
- Enable strong cross-functional alignment by collaborating with Finance, Sales, Legal, and Contract Development to enhance contractual structures, streamline processes, and reduce operational and financial risk exposure.
- Provide leadership and oversight to the Compliance team, ensuring effective monitoring and resolution of MAC shortfalls, GPO tier compliance, change order requests, contract investigations to address unfavorable or non-compliant terms, freight recovery, and (if included) metering compliance, while developing team capability and performance.
The essential requirements of the job include:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field
- 10+ years of experience in contract management, compliance, sales leadership, finance or client services within a complex organization
- Proven experience working with Sales teams and engaging directly with customers to negotiate and resolve contractual issues
- Strong understanding of GPO pricing structures, rebate programs, freight revenue recovery, Contracting software and tech, and overall quote-to-cash processes
- Demonstrated leadership experience managing teams and driving compliance initiatives
Travel & Physical/Environment Requirements:
- This position requires up to 10% flying and/or driving travel, which may include overnight stays, to our Brea, CA site

The annual salary range for this role is $170,000 - $195,000 This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. This range may be modified in the future.
This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
