As a Technical Product Specialist II on‑site in Grens, you’ll represent R&D in the complaint‑handling investigation team, lead hands‑on investigations, analyze qualitative and quantitative data, pinpoint root causes, and drive CAPA that strengthens product reliability within our global QMS. You’ll partner daily with engineers, biologists, product management and Quality – and translate outcomes for customer support, field teams, and end users – so feedback becomes real product improvement in an ISO/cGMP‑aligned, audit‑ready environment.

What you’ll do

  • Represent R&D in the complaint‑handling investigation team by leading technical investigations, performing data analysis and tests, identifying root causes, and defining corrective action plans.

  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary R&D teams to assess and resolve engineering and quality‑related issues.

  • Act as a liaison between teams, facilitating communication and problem‑solving for customer‑ and quality‑related issues.

  • Build strong relationships with customer support, field engineers, field application specialists, and end‑users to strengthen product understanding across customer‑facing teams.

  • Provide regular reporting on customer feedback, and develop comprehensive technical documentation for diverse audiences.

  • Support internal/external quality audits, contribute to market support programs, ensure timely delivery, clear communication, constructive conflict resolution, and promote effective cross‑functional collaboration.

Who you are

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in physics, engineering, or life sciences with 6+ years of relevant experience, or a Ph.D. with 5+ years of experience.

  • Experience working with complex, multidisciplinary products (hardware/software/single‑use) in the life sciences or medical sector.

  • Strong theoretical grounding in engineering principles and good understanding of human cell biology; knowledge of cell culture methods, especially in immunology, is a plus.

  • Expertise in statistical methods and tools for qualitative and quantitative data analysis.

  • Strong investigative mindset with excellent analytical, troubleshooting, critical‑thinking, and attention‑to‑detail skills.

  • Effective oral and written communicator across global, cross‑functional, and cross‑cultural teams; working knowledge of ISO 9001 and cGMP regulations.

  • Customer‑oriented, autonomous, well‑organized, creative, adaptable to change; fluent in English (additional languages are an advantage).
