Job Requirement:
Part I: Data Analysis Support:
Complete the monthly DM and IDM Saving Bowler Report. Track and collect Direct and Indirect Procurement PD/KPI reports.
For sourcing activities (strategy development, workshops, Kaizen, seminars), assist the team in data collection and analysis for various procurement categories.
Collaborate with headquarters to continuously follow up on and verify procurement data analysis between HQ and APAC (e.g., China+1, Global Report Out, Global Budget (sourcing-related) analysis, spend analysis).
Assist in developing and providing regional digital analysis solutions (Power BI, AI tools), offering optimization suggestions for the company's existing procurement systems and data architecture.
Part II: Internal Communication & Collaboration:
Maintain close communication with the procurement category teams to gather feedback, address questions, and drive policy implementation.
Develop and produce internal communication materials (e.g., Sourcing Committee Newsletter, Monthly Report), collect feedback, and track follow-up actions from group procurement initiatives (e.g., procurement suggestions, travel surveys).
Go Gemba: Deeply engage in and learn on-site business operations and procurement processes at OpCos to build business partnerships
Part III: Procurement Document Management:
Establish and optimize the existing procurement document management system to ensure organized and standardized documentation in shared folders. This includes contracts, tender documents, procurement policies, procurement strategies, supplier lists, historical spend data, etc.
Part IV: Training & Promotion:
Assist in developing training materials and establishing training mechanisms based on policies and procedures.
Promote procurement tools and procedures to other internal departments (e.g., iSource, iBuy, Power BI).
Part V: Category Management:
Gradually participate in certain category procurement projects to develop category management capabilities.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, or related discipline.
Familiar with sourcing processes, supplier management fundamentals, and cost/quality/value optimization principles.
Strong skills in data consolidation, spend analysis, supplier performance tracking.
1–3 years of procurement, supply chain, finance, or data analytics experience preferred
