About the role
The Senior Analyst, Supply Chain independently leads advanced planning analysis and system-enabled insights to align supply, demand, and inventory across the supply chain. You will apply deep planning expertise, advanced analytics, and sound business judgment to solve complex planning challenges and drive improvements in service levels, inventory performance, lead times, and operational efficiency.
This position reports to the Manager, Planning and is part of the Global Supply Chain / Operations team located in Cincinnati, Ohio and will be an on-site role.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
- Analyze complex supply, demand, and inventory data to identify risks, trends, and improvement opportunities; recommend corrective actions.
- Lead plan-to-actual performance analysis, including root cause identification and mitigation planning.
- Develop and maintain advanced analytical models, dashboards, and automated reporting using Excel and BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
- Serve as a subject matter expert for planning systems and SAP master data, supporting data governance and planning accuracy.
- Collaborate with Manufacturing, Sales, Logistics, Procurement, and Finance to align assumptions and planning outcomes.
- Support S&OP / PSI processes by preparing data-driven scenarios and insights.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, documentation, and standard work aligned to the Danaher Business System.
The essential requirements of the job include:
- Bachelor’s degree with preference for Supply Chain, Operations, Business, Analytics concentration
- Several years of experience in supply chain planning, analytics, or operations preferably within a manufacturing environment.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred).
- Experience developing analytical tools, dashboards, or automated reports using BI or analytics platforms.
- Proven ability to solve complex, non-routine planning problems using data-driven analysis.
Travel & Physical/Environment Requirements:
- Ability to travel up to 10%, primarily domestic with occasional overnight stays.
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
- APICS / ASCM certification (CPIM, CSCP) or equivalent.
- Experience supporting S&OP, inventory optimization, or digital enablement initiatives.

The annual salary range $95,000 - $115,000. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. This range may be modified in the future.
This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
