The Campus Trainee – Service for Beckman Coulter Diagnostics, will be responsible for delivering customer support in terms of technical service in your assigned area and associated territories.
This position is a part of India Service team and can be located anywhere in India post training completion. This position will be fully remote. At Beckman Coulter, our vision is to relentlessly reimagine healthcare, one diagnosis at a time.
You will be a part of the Service team and will report to the Zonal Service Manager responsible for delivering customer support in terms of technical service. You will initially work in the field alongside a Senior Engineer to gather more experience in servicing products. The actual instruments' installation base and territories will be assigned later, post training on multiple modalities. In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
- Install and maintain instruments and systems in a laboratory environment.
- Provide effective product and customer support through timely preventive maintenance, field modifications, quick breakdown resolution and maintain excellent customer relationship.
- Adhere to field service policies, procedures, and standards.
The essential requirements of the job include:
- Graduation in Electrical/Electronics/Biomedical Engineering (or any subject with electrical and electronics in the curriculum).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Availability to travel within the territory or outside at short notice.
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
- Computer hardware skills.
- IT knowledge or familiarity with the latest software languages.
- Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, etc.).
