The Service Contract Analyst is responsible for provides essential administrative and organizational support to the service sales team, ensuring smooth operations and effective communication Cepheid’s US Market. The role also involves liaising with vendors and customers (Cepheid’s US Market), arranging third-party inspections, and tracking sales KPIs through software tools to improve forecast accuracy. Additionally, it monitors performance against established metrics to support business objectives. Associates in this group will have opportunities to contribute to impactful projects that improve operational efficiency, develop expertise in advanced order management systems and quality compliance practices, master effective customer service strategies, and grow within a dynamic, customer-focused environment.

This position reports to Americas Service Coordination Manager and is part of the Customer Care department and will be located in Brazil (Remote).

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

• Manage Service Agreements: Create post-warranty service agreements in SAP and CMDR for new customers, ensuring accurate setup and compliance.

• Ensure Revenue & Tax Accuracy: Collaborate with Revenue and Accounting teams for timely revenue recognition, resolve tax-related issues, and support billing adjustments.

• Customer & Collections Support: Interface with customers for credit applications and assist collectors in resolving billing claims, credits, and rebills.

The essential requirements of the job include:

Knowledge and skills:

• Contract and Invoice Management: Ability to manage and reconcile discrepancies between contracts and invoicing.

• CRM Expertise: Prior experience working with CRM (SAP/Sales Force) applications and maintaining accurate databases.

• Healthcare Industry Knowledge: Previous experience within the health sector, ensuring compliance and understanding of industry standards.

• Analytical Skills: Strong capability to identify and resolve issues related to contract and billing processes.

• Detail Orientation: Ensure accuracy and consistency across systems and documentation.

Experience and Preferred Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years' experience in relevant work experience.

• Fluent in written and spoken English (additional languages would be an advantage – French, Spanish)

• Expert knowledge of ERP and CRM systems (SAP and Salesforce.com preferred)

• EDI experience (GHX preferred) and Preferred International Order Management experience.

• Outstanding communication skills (verbal and written) required.
