Role Summary:

The Strategic Accounts Growth Leader is responsible for accelerating commercial outcomes across Beckman Coulter’s top Strategic Key Accounts across EMEA. This role enables country KAMs and sales teams to win, retain, and expand high-value accounts by driving strategic planning, improving funnel conversion, enabling C-suite engagement, and embedding value-based selling tools. The role reports indirectly into the GM Commercial Growth EMEA.

This position reports to the General Manager Commercial Growth EMEA

Key Responsibilities:

  • Co-develop and execute strategic account plans, including stakeholder mapping and win strategies, for key accounts across EMEA.
  • Directly support the conversion of top base and competitive opportunities, driving sales growth within each cluster.
  • Implement and maintain a comprehensive KAM performance dashboard to monitor key metrics and funnel health.
  • Develop and deliver playbooks, value propositions, and commercial tools tailored for clinical, operational, and financial stakeholders.
  • Coach and upskill KAMs on C-suite engagement, pricing strategies, and cross-border selling techniques, while capturing "Voice of Strategic Accounts" insights

The essential requirements of the job include

  • 10+ years in commercial roles, including strategic selling, business development, or key account leadership
  • Strong exposure to diagnostics, medtech, life sciences, or health systems
  • Track record of influencing high-value deals and working across clusters or multi-country regions

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

  • Strong working knowledge of CRM (preferably SFDC), QBRs, sales enablement tools
  • Exposure to value-based selling frameworks, strategic selling and C-suite engagement models
  • Familiar with Lean/DBS concepts is a plus
