The Senior D365 F&O Functional Analyst / Lead (Supply Chain & Manufacturing) is responsible for driving the design, optimization, and successful delivery of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations solutions that enable scalable, efficient, and compliant business processes. This role partners closely with business and IT stakeholders to translate strategic objectives into high‑impact system capabilities, ensuring operational excellence, data integrity, and continuous improvement across the enterprise.
This position reports to the Senior Manager ERP Applications and is part of the Global IT Department located in Hyderabad, India (or close to) and will be working remotely to cover United States (pacific time Zone & Europe Time zone).
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
- Lead high‑impact D365 F&O transformation across Supply Chain, Inventory, Warehouse and Manufacturing—shaping solution design, process optimization, and the future ERP roadmap.
- Own the full implementation lifecycle, from LCS environment management and RSAT automation to UAT, training, go‑live, hyper‑care, and long‑term system performance and stability.
- Drive innovation with cloud, automation, and AI, collaborating across technical and business teams on integrations, data migration, Power Platform, and D365 Copilot—while mentoring users and influencing enterprise-wide improvement.
The essential requirements of the job include:
- 10+ years of ERP functional experience across Finance, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing & brings 7–10 years of hands‑on D365 F&O experience with 4+ full lifecycle implementations.
- Deep functional expertise in Advanced Warehouse Management and Transportation Management, including waves, work creation, directives, mobility, and WHS configuration and Strong command of Sales/OTC processes such as ATP/CTP, reservations, and end‑to‑end order fulfillment.
- Extensive experience across Supply Chain, Inventory Management, Manufacturing, Advanced Planning, and Master Planning, enabling robust process design and business transformation with proven ability to map and optimize complex E2E operational workflows.
- Strong skills in process mapping, solution architecture, functional documentation, and creation of FDDs, process flows, test scripts, and training materials and able to translate business requirements into scalable, high‑quality system solutions.
- Proficient with LCS, Data Entities, APIs, and integrations, with excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and training capabilities and comfortable collaborating with cross‑functional teams and guiding user adoption.
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
- Strong functional background in supply chain, operations, finance, and enterprise process improvement, with experience leading UAT, hypercare, and environment management.
- Hands-on experience of Advanced Warehouse Management, Advanced Planning and D365 security/SOX governances supporting compliance and operational excellence.
- Hands‑on with D365 Copilot, including configuring and adopting AI agents to automate workflows, improve productivity, and support smarter decision‑making—while guiding small project teams and supporting change management.
