  • Enable successful global product launches: Work with regional marketing and sales to develop positioning, promotions, sales tools, and training programs that accelerate adoption, support field effectiveness, and achieve revenue and growth targets.

  • Maintain regulatory and quality compliance: Partner with Quality, Regulatory, and Product Engineering teams to ensure all portfolio offerings meet food-contact, safety, and regulatory requirements, and manage the timely communication of product notifications to the sales organization.

  • Monitor and report portfolio performance: Track and analyze global sales performance, margins, and portfolio risks, delivering regular, data‑driven insights and recommendations to leadership to guide strategic and operational decisions.

The essential requirements of the job include:

  • Technical and commercial foundation: Bachelor’s degree in Science, Engineering, Marketing, or a related discipline, with the technical aptitude and business acumen required to lead complex, regulated product portfolios.

  • Portfolio and product strategy leadership: Demonstrated experience developing and executing product and portfolio strategies, roadmaps, and business plans, typically gained through multiple years in product management, portfolio leadership, or adjacent commercial roles.

  • People leadership and continuous improvement mindset: Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop high‑performing teams, driving accountability, collaboration, and results while embedding a continuous improvement and customer‑focused culture.

  • Executive communication and influence: Strong capability to lead executive‑level presentations, customer engagements, and technical or commercial training sessions, translating complex concepts into clear, actionable messages for diverse audiences.

Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environmental Requirements:

  • Travel flexibility: Willing and able to travel with minimal advance notice, including trips of reasonable duration (up to 1–2 weeks), with anticipated travel of up to approximately 30% to support global business needs.

  • Global mobility readiness: Holds a valid driver’s license and passport and is prepared to travel internationally as required.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
