Digital Sales Specialist

The Digital Sales Specialist is responsible for responding in real time to digital signals of customer intent, guiding them from initial online request for quote (RFQ) through to purchase. You will combine automation with a human touch to create frictionless buying journeys and ensure our customers feel supported every step of their journey.
This position reports to the Digital Sales and Lead Qualification Leader and is part of the eCommerce and Digital Customer Enablement (EDCE) team and will be fully remote.
What you will do:
- Respond to online RFQ from Cytiva’s web platform with speed and precision: Qualify leads, assess customer needs, provide quotes, guide them through the sales funnel, and do the follow-ups.
- Engage via LiveChat, delivering timely and relevant support to customer inquiries.
- Maintain rigorous data hygiene in Salesforce (SFDC), ensuring all customer interactions are accurately tracked and reported.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with customer service, lead qualification specialists, marketing, and sales teams to exceed customer expectations.
Who you are
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, information systems, or a related field.
- Minimum number of 3 years of sales or commercial experience.
- Proven experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce, or comparable enterprise systems.
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
- Experience supporting marketing and sales in global or multi‑region environments.
- Essential: Proficiency in English (written and spoken), as this is the primary business language.
- Preferred (nice to have): Additional language skills such as French or German are highly desirable and will be considered an advantage.
