The NPI Material Handler, is responsible for supporting the Instrument Pilot Line by coordinating the movement of prototype material and calibrated tools.

This position reports to the Sr. Manager, Global Manufacturing Engineering and is part of the Global Instrument Operations and Global Supply Chain Organization. This position is located in Bangalore, India and will be an on-site role.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

• Execute inbound and outbound calibrated‑equipment shipments with complete documentation and compliant handling requirements
• Manage inventory transactions and material movement using Microsoft Excel and SAP, including cycle counts, reconciliations, and storage‑location accuracy
• Kit materials to work orders per bill of materials (BOM) and production schedules, ensuring correct labeling, storage, and material availability

The essential requirements of the job include:

• High school diploma or GED with a minimum of 1 year of experience in material handling, inventory control, or warehouse operations
• Proficiency using SAP and Microsoft Excel for inventory tracking and reporting
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and perform physical tasks including standing, walking, and bending

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

• Previous work experience in FDA regulated environment.
