The Marketing Specialist, Capillary Electrophoresis, Aftermarket and Internal Communications executes marketing campaigns to increase market visibility, drive engagement and increase demand generation with cross-channel marketing tactics related to strategic initiatives, new product introductions and regional growth opportunities.

This position reports to the Americas Senior Manager, Marketing Communications and Technical Marketing and is part of the Americas commercial organization located in the United States and will be located in our Marlborough, MA office.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Execute integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels, aligning to strategic business goals and leveraging research (e.g., competitor campaigns, marketing best practices, etc), data and experimentation to tailor messaging
  • Develop high impact, on-brand marketing content that drives engagement and commercial outcomes through close collaboration with Market Development, Technical Marketing, Strategic Marketing and Brand teams
  • Analyze and optimize campaign performance and marketing plans by overseeing budgets, tracking KPIs and reporting insights, with a strong emphasis on continuous improvement and increasing commercial impact reactively and as part of annual planning

The essential requirements of the job include:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Communications (or equivalent experience), with 2+ years of experience in marketing communications or content marketing, ideally in a B2B and/or B2C environment
  • Proven track record of executing integrated marketing campaigns, including content, events/webinars, direct mail, and social media, with a strong understanding of demand generation principles
  • Proficiency with productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, Miro) and familiarity with content management systems (e.g., Kapost)
  • Strong organizational, analytical, troubleshooting, and detail-oriented skills with the ability to thrive independently in deadline driven environments
  • A demonstrated ability to take ownership and move to action with a proactive, solution oriented‑oriented approach

Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements:

  • Ability to travel up to 15% within Canada and United States

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

  • Life sciences marketing, especially for B2B capital equipment
  • Experience with Capillary Electrophoresis, Aftermarket marketing
  • Experience with project management platforms (e.g., Trello, Project, etc)

The salary range for this role is $80,000 - $95,000 USD. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. This range may be modified in the future.

This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
