The Client Finance Relations Coordinator is a customer-facing, site-based role responsible for serving as the key interface between Pall’s internal teams and customer finance, procurement, and operational stakeholders across major oil & gas and petrochemical sites in Saudi Arabia, primarily Aramco and SABIC.

The primary focus of this role is to support payment follow-up and expediting activities, strengthen customer relationships, facilitate coordination between internal and external stakeholders, and provide on-site support that helps enable smooth service execution while identifying potential business opportunities.

This position reports to the KSA Field Service Manager, is part of the Services organization, and will be based in Saudi Arabia as an on-site field role.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

Lead Payment Follow-Up and Customer Finance Coordination (60%)

  • Drive follow-up and expediting of pending payments with key customers, mainly Aramco and SABIC.

  • Build and maintain effective working relationships with customer finance, procurement, and commercial representatives.

  • Understand customer payment cycles, approval routes, and internal processes to help accelerate collections.

  • Coordinate closely with Pall Customer Service, Service, and Project teams to ensure invoices, supporting documentation, and customer requirements are completed accurately and on time.

  • Provide timely updates to internal stakeholders regarding payment status, risks, required actions, and escalation points.

  • Organize and support customer meetings, follow-ups, and escalation discussions related to outstanding payments and commercial coordination.

Maintain Strong On-Site Customer Engagement (15%)

  • Represent Pall professionally at customer sites and maintain a high standard of communication and relationship management.

  • Travel regularly to Aramco and SABIC sites, typically 3–4 days per week.

  • Act as a trusted day-to-day point of contact between Pall and customer stakeholders on finance- and service-related matters.

Support Service and Operational Coordination (15%)

  • Support the execution of service-related activities through coordination between customer site teams, third-party contractors, and Pall personnel.

  • Help facilitate communication around site requirements, service readiness, and work progress.

  • Assist in resolving coordination issues that may impact service delivery, commissioning, start-up, or operational support.

  • Ensure all site activities are aligned with customer safety expectations and applicable site protocols.

Identify Commercial Support Opportunities (10%)

  • Maintain visibility of customer needs and site activity that could lead to future service or commercial opportunities.

  • Share relevant leads and customer insights with the appropriate Pall commercial or service teams.

  • Support broader customer satisfaction through responsiveness, professionalism, and strong follow-through.

The essential requirements of the job include:

  • Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Customer Service, or a relevant technical discipline. A background in Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical Engineering is an advantage.

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer-facing coordination, finance follow-up, service support, or commercial support role.

  • Saudi National with strong English communication skills.

  • Experience in payment follow-up, collection coordination, or customer/commercial support with large industrial clients.

  • Familiarity with customer structures and ways of working within major industrial organizations such as Aramco and SABIC.

  • Understanding of site operations, stakeholder management, and field-based customer engagement in industrial environments.

  • Strong interpersonal, communication, follow-up, and coordination skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work across finance, customer service, operations, and site teams.

Travel, Motor Vehicle Record, and Physical/Environment Requirements

  • Ability to travel up to 70% across customer sites within Saudi Arabia.

  • Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.

  • Ability to work in industrial site environments in compliance with customer and company safety standards.

  • Ability to lift, move, or carry equipment up to 40 lb, if required.
