I.GENERAL SUMMARY & OVERALL CHALLENGES
Be responsible for LSR sales business in the assigned area.
II.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsibility
Measure of performance
Responsible for sales and application for LSR products.
Build and maintain relationships with target customers and dealers. Complete customer call reports, account plans and sales reports in a timely and accurate manner.
Identify Customer expectations with regard to product performance, delivery times, service
needs & training and transfer / coordinate the relevant information with internal departments
in order to deliver optimal solutions to the market.
Continuously enter up-to-date information into the CRM database in order to provide a
sound basis for activity planning.
Supply information on Market share development, competitor’s activities, trends and market developments in geographic region of responsibility to Sales Management and Marketing.
Coordinate and support installations and customer operational training in order to ensure the customer satisfaction.
III.REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS POSITION
Professional Experience
- At least 10 years’ sales experience, microscopy knowledge is a plus.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree or above in clinical medical.

- Workable English skills
