We are currently seeking a PSI Senior Analyst who will be responsible to support the development and execution of the company’s “Production, Sales, and Inventory (PSI) planning and analytics process.” You will play a crucial role in aligning the sales forecast with the operational capabilities of the organization.

1. Production Planning, Sale Forecasting & Demand Planning

The role is responsible for analyzing production, sales, and demand data to develop accurate forecasts, collaborating with Sales and Marketing to understand market trends and assumptions, aligning demand plans with production capacity and supply constraints, monitoring performance against targets, and applying analytical techniques to identify trends, demand variability, and forecast deviations.

2. PSI Analytics & Data-Driven Reporting

This position develops and maintains Power BI dashboards to transform complex, high-volume data into clear, user-friendly visualizations and actionable business insights that support PSI reviews and decision-making. The role designs intuitive reports that improve visibility across demand, production, and inventory performance while highlighting risks and opportunities. The candidate must be highly proficient in advanced Excel capabilities—including Power Query, data modeling, automation, and dynamic reporting—to ensure analytical outputs are accurate, scalable, and accessible to stakeholders.

3. Inventory Optimization & Performance Management

The role supports inventory optimization initiatives by analyzing Min–Max levels, safety stock, replenishment logic, and excess and shortage risks, while defining, tracking, and continuously improving PSI KPIs and performance metrics to enhance operational efficiency.

4. Cross-Functional Collaboration

This position partners with Production, Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain teams to align PSI strategies with business objectives, acts as a liaison between PSI analysts and stakeholders, and ensures data, reporting, and analysis needs are effectively addressed.

5. PSI Governance & Continuous Improvement

The role facilitates PSI reviews and decision forums by providing fact-based insights, supports improvements to PSI processes and governance standards, and drives continuous improvement initiatives to strengthen planning accuracy and operational performance.

The required qualifications for the job include:

  • Bachelor's degree with 8+ years / master’s degree with 5+ years / Doctoral degree 2+ years' experience with Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Strong experience in Sales Forecast, Demand planning, or supply chain analytics within a manufacturing or operations environment.
  • Advanced proficiency in Power BI (dashboard development, data modeling, DAX, SQL).
  • Advanced Excel skills, including Power Query, pivot tables, and automated/refreshable reporting.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams. Continuous improvement mindset and a proactive approach to identifying and implementing process enhancements.
