The Sales Representative is responsible for driving sales growth, developing new business opportunities, and managing customer accounts within the assigned territory to achieve Beckman Coulter Diagnostics’ business objectives.
You will be part of the Sales Team, reporting directly to the Sales Manager and working closely with the broader Commercial Team. This is a remote, field-based role covering the assigned territory, primarily focused on the Central and Southern regions of Taiwan.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
- Achieve assigned sales targets by driving business growth, developing new opportunities, and executing account strategies within the designated territory.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through a deep understanding of customer needs and the delivery of appropriate diagnostic solutions.
- Promote diagnostic instruments, reagents, and integrated solutions by clearly communicating product value, benefits, and competitive advantages.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to inform sales strategies and support business planning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer issues, advance account development, and enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
The essential requirements of the job include:
- Bachelor’s degree or above
- Minimum of three years of sales experience in the medical device or in vitro diagnostics (IVD) industry, preferably with experience managing hospital or laboratory accounts.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel frequently within the assigned territory in Taiwan.
- Proven experience in customer account management and business development, with the ability to independently manage and grow the assigned sales territory.
It would be an advantage if you also have:
- Previous experience in clinical diagnostics or laboratory workflows
- Experience in capital equipment or reagent-based sales
- Background working in a healthcare company
