- 1. Technology Transfer and Learning
Learn and internalize affinity chromatography process design, standards, and quality requirements from the pitch site. Build understanding of key technical elements and support the development of standardized technical documentation. - 2. Commissioning, Qualification & Validation
Support and lead FAT, SAT, IQ/OQ, and Process Validation (PV) to ensure correct implementation of process design intent. Provide technical oversight, support deviation resolution, and confirm manufacturing readiness. - 3. Technical Documentation Transfer & Manufacturing Enablement
Transfer and localize manufacturing technical documentation from the pitch site. Enable local teams through training, develop key process protocols, and provide technical support during technical trials and routine production. - 4. Design Implementation and Optimization
Adapt pitch‑site technical designs to local manufacturing conditions, supply chain capabilities, and cost targets, ensuring compliant and practical production solutions. - 5. Cross‑Regional Collaboration
Serve as the technical interface between pitch and catch sites, communicating progress, issues, and optimization opportunities to ensure smooth technology localization.
- 1. Educational Background:
Bachelor’s degree or above in Mechanical Design and Manufacturing, Materials Science and Engineering, Chemical Engineering and Technology, or related fields; Master’s degree preferred. - 2. Work Experience:
Minimum 3 years of experience in the design of industrial packing, chemical equipment, or related affinity chromatography products, with proven project experience from design to unrestricted production implementation. Experience in technology transfer within multinational companies, localized design, or the chemical chromatography field is a plus. - 3. Professional Skills:
- Proficiency English skill in listening, speaking, reading, and writing, capable of reading English technical documents and communicating with foreign associates.
- Proficient in mainstream design software, capable of efficiently completing complex structure/component modeling, assembly design, and engineering drawings.
- Solid understanding of design principles for industrial packing/chemical equipment, material properties (e.g., corrosion resistance, high-temperature resistance), and processing techniques (such as coupling, deactivation, filling);
- strong ability in Design for Manufacturability and Design for Assembly. Knowledge of chromatography-related industry standards and regulations;
- experienced in design validation and Failure Mode and Effects Analysis; able to independently resolve complex technical issues in design and production.
