职位概述 | Position Summary

高级现场服务工程师负责颇尔(Pall)产品及系统的安装、调试、售后技术支持和客户培训工作。该岗位需要独立在客户现场解决技术问题,维护客户关系,并在确保安全与合规的前提下,支持服务业务和收入增长。

The Senior Field Service Engineer is responsible for the installation, commissioning, after-sales technical support, and customer training of Pall products and systems. This role requires independent problem-solving at customer sites, strong customer relationship management, and contribution to service business and revenue growth while ensuring safety and compliance.

主要工作职责 | Key Responsibilities

  • 负责颇尔产品及系统的安装、调试与投运
    Responsible for installation, commissioning, and start-up of Pall products and systems.
  • 对系统硬件进行维护、测试及故障排查,包括机械、电气及仪表部分
    Service, test, and troubleshoot system hardware, including mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation components.
  • 排查 PLC 和 HMI 软件问题,可在较少监督下进行程序更新或升级
    Troubleshoot PLC and HMI software issues; independently perform program updates or upgrades with minimal supervision.
  • 编制服务报告和调试报告,并参与测试方案及风险评估的制定
    Prepare service and commissioning reports; support the development of test procedures and contribute to risk assessments.
  • 记录系统改动情况,并将相关信息及时反馈至公司内部
    Document system modifications and communicate relevant changes to internal stakeholders in a timely manner.
  • 为客户提供产品操作及工艺层面的培训
    Provide customer training on product operation and process-related aspects.
  • 根据项目需要进行国内及国际出差,可能包括夜间或周末出行
    Travel domestically and internationally as required by projects, including evenings or weekends when necessary.
  • 在现场服务过程中维护良好的客户关系,兼顾客户需求与公司商业利益
    Maintain positive customer relationships during on-site service while balancing customer needs with Pall’s commercial interests.
  • 及时、准确完成工时记录、服务报告、费用报销等业务文件
    Complete time tracking, service reports, expense claims, and other required business documentation accurately and on time.
  • 严格遵守公司、客户现场及行业安全规范
    Perform all service activities in strict compliance with company, customer site, and industry safety practices.
  • 在客户现场识别潜在业务机会,支持备件和服务销售
    Identify potential business opportunities during customer site visits and support spare parts and service sales.
  • 根据公司流程或行业变化,承担其他合理相关职责
    Perform other reasonable duties as required by changes in company procedures or industry conditions.
  • 分析客户需求,并基于 IBInstalled Base)信息识别服务市场机会,为客户提供高价值的服务解决方案
    Analyze customer needs and leverage Installed Base (IB) data to identify service market opportunities and deliver value-added service solutions.
  • 运用 DBS 工具并管理服务销售流程,与销售团队和服务主管紧密合作,跟踪服务销售线索并推动订单达成
    Utilize DBS tools to manage the service sales process; work closely with sales teams and service leaders to track service leads and convert them into orders.
  • 开发服务产品相关的销售工具,并帮助客户理解颇尔服务产品的价值
    Develop sales tools for service offerings and support customers in understanding the value of Pall’s service solutions.

支持产品与业务范围 | Scope of Support

  • 支持 EP 产品的安装、调试、售后技术支持及客户培训
    Support installation, commissioning, after-sales service, and customer training for EP products.
  • 支持中试(Pilot)设备的安装和调试
    Support installation and commissioning of pilot-scale equipment.
  • 支持滤油机产品及颇尔过滤器的现场技术服务
    Provide on-site technical service for oil purification systems and Pall filtration products.
  • 走访重点客户并维护长期合作关系
    Visit key customers and maintain long-term partnership relationships.
  • 推荐颇尔备件和服务解决方案,支持服务收入增长
    Promote Pall spare parts and service solutions to support service revenue growth.

任职资格 | Qualifications

  • 本科及以上学历,工程类专业(机械、化工、工艺、环境工程等)
    Bachelor’s degree or above in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, Process, Environmental, or related disciplines).
  • 不少于 3 年现场服务工程师或相关技术支持经验
    Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Field Service Engineer or in a relevant technical support role.
  • 具备良好的中英文听说读写能力
    Fluency in spoken and written Chinese and English.
  • 熟练使用 Microsoft Office 办公软件
    Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • 能够独立工作,具备良好的问题分析与解决能力
    Ability to work independently with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • 接受频繁出差并适应客户现场工作环境
    Willingness to travel frequently and work in customer site environments.

加分条件 | Preferred

  • 具备电气、仪表或工艺等跨专业技术背景
    Cross-disciplinary technical background in electrical, instrumentation, or process engineering.
  • 3–5 年相关行业经验
    3–5 years of relevant industry experience.
  • 具备 PMP 或其他项目管理相关认证
    PMP or other project management certification.
  • 具备良好的商业意识,能在服务过程中识别业务机会
    Strong business acumen with the ability to identify commercial opportunities during service activities.

  • Mechanical, Process or Chemical Engineer, Environmental Engineering or has extensive relevant experience in the Knowledge Base Requirements
  • Cross trained in electrical / instrumentation / mechanical / process disciplines preferred.
  • Graduate with 3-5 years’ relevant experience
  • PMP certification a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree or above, major in engineering preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years or above service engineer related working experience.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, listening, and business acumen skills. Team Player.
  • Self-starter that can work independently and take action with a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Must be a self-driven and willing to take the initiative to respond to and/or address challenging situations.
  • Fluent in English speaking and writing,
  • Be proficient in MS office.
