The Senior Business Systems Analyst - Commercial for Beckman Coulter Diagnostics is responsible for providing business support and guidance in domains of Oracle CPQ, Salesforce, ServiceMax, Oracle EBS and other Marketing, Sales, Service and ERP tools.

This position is part of the Information Technology Operations Applications Administration Team located in Bangalore, IDC, India. At Beckman Coulter, our vision is to relentlessly reimagine healthcare, one diagnosis at a time.

You will be a part of the IT team and report to the Senior Manager of Business Applications responsible for proactively identifying areas for improvements and introducing innovations, factoring in customer needs, external approaches, data analytics and industry best practices. Establishing a requirements strategy for projects, managing projects, supporting production issues, managing vendor/system releases and actively managing delivery based on user priorities are also critical. In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

• Collaborate with product owners and business analysts to transform evolving requirements into working applications that meet the business and usability needs
• Provide daily support to end users including managing issue resolution and performing root cause analysis
• Leads user acceptance testing identify testers, develop test scripts and conduct test execution
• Understand integration points with other systems that interface with the application, evaluate and minimize ripple effects
• Support Client Services, Sales, Marketing and Service projects/initiatives

The essential requirements of the job include:

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or equivalent and 5+ years relevant working experience OR Master’s degree in same with 3+ years of experience OR Doctoral degree in same with 0-2 years of experience
• Strong experience in Oracle CPQ and Salesforce, understand quote to cash process
• Oracle CPQ knowledge: Oracle CPQ admin knowledge, configurations & Commerce, document designer, pricing engine, workflow and approvals, data tables and system integration with CRM and ERP
