The Senior Product Manager, Cell Culture Products, is responsible for the strategic planning, development, and lifecycle management of cell viability analyzers that support scientific research and therapeutic development. This role bridges science and business, ensuring that products meet market needs, regulatory standards, and commercial goals.
This position reports to the Head of Cell Culture Products and is part of the Product Management organization located in Loveland, CO and will be an on-site role.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
Own product strategy and roadmap for the Vi‑CELL product line, aligning customer needs, market opportunity, regulatory requirements, and business objectives through deep market, competitive, and trend analysis.
Lead end‑to‑end product lifecycle management, from concept and requirements definition through development, launch, performance monitoring, and continuous innovation.
Act as the voice of the customer, translating insights from researchers, lab analysts, and partners into personas, use cases, and differentiated product value.
Drive cross‑functional execution by partnering with R&D, regulatory, quality, operations, sales, and marketing to deliver compliant, high‑quality products (e.g., ISO, FDA, 21 CFR Part 11, CE).
Enable commercial success through pricing and value proposition development, launch execution, sales enablement, and KPI tracking (revenue, adoption, customer satisfaction).
The essential requirements of the job include:
Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Biology, Biochemistry, Engineering or related field (Master’s or MBA preferred).
5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in life sciences, pharmaceutical, or biotech.
Strong understanding of cell culture analytics, bioprocessing, drug development or adjacent workflows.
Demonstrated ability to lead cross‑functional teams without direct authority
Excellent communication, analytical, and project management skills.
Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements: if applicable for role
Ability to travel – up to 30% globally
Must have a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
Ability to lift, move or carry equipment up to 40lbs, any other physical requirements
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
Biotherapeutic development
Cell counting and viability analyzers

The annual salary range for this role is $155,000 to $170,000. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. This range may be modified in the future.
This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
