Main Responsibilities:
Support Communications Lead in daily tasks – some copywriting, planning, logistics, and administrative matters.
Work with the different functions in creating and updating internal data in the company’s intranet platform
Support the various business units and functions in their projects which require communications support.
Crafting and management of social media content for internal and external use.
Media monitoring of posts and news of those in the same industry.
Plan and strategize Communication plan and calendar for the year.
Support in in-house sourcing, filming, and editing of ad-hoc projects.
Simple graphic designing and editing for internal and external works.
Experience and skillsets:
Have a strong command of the English language as an effective communicator, with skills to craft clear, concise guidelines for internal stakeholders.
A constructive and innovative storyteller to be able to craft compelling and succinct stories and articles that resonate with the target audience.
Good knowledge and experience with current/trending social media platforms, including marketing strategies and tactics.
Knowledge of basic coding software (HTML) and ability to utilize CMS software.
Proficient in Adobe suite tools – mainly Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, and In-design.
