Job Summary
This position will be responsible for sales achievement of assigned territories in Mumbai & nearby towns through channel partners by providing clinical support to customers and end users, influencing product adoption and usage, driving sales growth and achieving targeted sales objectives while ensuring compliance to policies, regulations, policies and procedures. This position will report into Regional Sales Manager - West.
Responsibilities
ü Cover institution and customers (Surgeons mainly the Laparoscopic Surgeons, nurses, paramedics, Procurement departments & distributors) as defined
ü Promote product range as per norms-
ü Build and maintain relationships with all customers through an effective contact program with users, influencers and procurement agents
ü Train the users on product usage in operation theatres
ü Gather market information on competitor activities, trends & practices and communicate them in a timely manner to RSM and the concerned Marketing Manager.
ü Ensure that orders generated from institutions are supplied on time and in full (quantity & range).
ü Identify market opportunities
ü Organize CME’s, participate in conferences and conduct Surgeons awareness programs to improve BD image and increase our product penetration.
ü Achieve targets as agreed with the Regional Sales Manager.
ü Maintain MIS in the agreed formats
Ø Customer Profiling / Prospecting
Ø Must Call list updating / field reporting in SFDC
Ø Secondary sales statement and monitoring
Qualifications
Education : Graduate - Any stream
Experience : Minimum 5 years of experience in Healthcare, preferably with Surgeon fraternity
Competences : Persuasive Communication Skills, Presentation Skills, Product Knowledge, Analytical Problem Solving, Selling Skills, Influencing Skills, Negotiation Skills, Conflict Resolution, Teamwork, Adaptability, Time Management, Stress Tolerance, Multi Tasking
