Key Responsibilities
Achieve sales and profit target of BD products on assigned area (bigger than an Associate Account Manager).
Prepare market plan for new rapid products & technologies
Build good relationship with distributors’ team on assigned area, and work together with them to achieve sales and profit target.
Train and develop distributor team to be able to detailing BD product level 1 together with CNC (on regular base).
Work together with distributors’ team on assigned area to provide monthly sales forecast in order to provide sufficient stock of BD products.
Create demand for new products to enter the market.
Carry out market survey and gather important information on our products and competitors’.
Make sure forecast from their branches at distributor meet with their forecast of selling or conversion, able to discuss stock level required at certain branches due to geographical coverage.
Develop and grow market share of BD products within the assigned area.
Make routine calls to customers and build good relationship with them.
Sell BD with value added and offer value added service to customer based on :
- USP
- Training best practice
- Market sensing on customer demand and need
- Conduct in-service trainings level 2 to prospective, new and existing
customers, as well as product knowledge trainings to distributor’s/sub
distributors’ sales forces in cooperation with Clinical/Application

Requirements
Over 5 Years of experiences
Prefer to have nurse or pharmacist experiences
Willing to travel Up Country Eastern part.
