The Sr. Manager of Account Management will lead our Corporate Account Management team. Your team is responsible for driving adoption, retention, and growth among BILL’s top 1% of Spend & Expense Customers. You will also be tasked with driving expansion among all of our installed base of customers.
Make your impact within a rapidly growing Fintech Company
- Build and mentor high-performing Enterprise & Mid-Market sales & customer success leaders.
- Work closely with high value customers to ensure adoption and expansion of BILL’s Spend & Expense product.
- Partner with revenue operations team to build processes and metrics of success to drive adoption and expansion among high value customers. Additionally, create a high performing Account Management team responsible for driving expansion among BILLs installed base of customers.
- Promote operational excellence through strong pipeline management, accurate forecasting, and applying data to recognize trends and improve business across all areas
- Ability to leverage KPIs for coaching and development
- Provide regular, data-based updates to the leadership team regarding progress against quota attainment, team performance, and any challenges your leaders encounter along the way.
- Develop a close partnership with customer marketing teams.
- Translate market and customer insights into feedback to influence product road map
- Help build a high performing culture of achievement and success
We’d love to chat if you have:
- 4+ years of relevant sales experience with a proven track record of success
- Experiencing leading Sales, Account Management, or Customer Success teams
- Must have a proven management track record of hiring, training, coaching, and motivating a revenue team.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present strategy and results to staff members at every level of the organization
- Track record of consistently exceeding team quota
- Familiarity with Salesforce.com, Outreach, Gainsight, and other sales technologies fostering a data-driven revenue culture.
- Superior leadership and management skills that include communication, excellence, transparency, collaboration and mentoring.
This role is eligible to participate in BILL’s sales incentive and equity plans. Our ranges for each role and job level are based on a variety of factors including candidate experience, expertise, and geographic location and may vary from the amounts listed above. The role is also eligible for a competitive benefits package that includes: medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, 401(k) retirement plan, flexible spending & health savings account, paid holidays, paid time off, and other company benefits.
The On Target Earnings (OTE) range noted below are remote based roles in the specific geographic zone
