About this role
This role will be part of the Cachematrix Global Platform organization within the broader Cash Management Product & Platform organization. The team is responsible for execution of commercial priorities while supporting the strategic and operational direction of the business. The team maintains a client-centric approach to the business management and operating model across the Cash tech stack .

Primary Responsibilities:
- Project / Implementation Manager
- Leading as Implementation Manager for client implementations, integrations and change management across Cash Tech products, partnering with business development, product, engineering and operational teams to deliver
- Business and Client Oversight / Reporting
- Offer business and platform support, ensuring smooth operations of platform.
- Oversight and execution of Cash Tech platform configurations to ensure operational excellence for our production clients– including use of Aladdin tools, Cachematrix application, and external connectivity setups.
- Oversee and improve our operational model in partnership with clients, product, Tech & Ops
- Preparation of regulatory, client, and prospect questionnaires, RFIs, RFPs to retain and grow our business
- Set up and oversight of client data extracts for seamless integrations.
- Build and maintain reports, including ad-hoc reports and automated reports, to support business needs.
- Vendor data oversight to maintain data integrity, verifying accuracy and consistency reconciliation.
- Analysis and Solution Definition
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
- Create and maintain Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs) and Business Process Requirements (BPRs)
- Develop and execute test strategy User acceptance testing (UAT) and provide feedback for improvements.
- Technical Recommendation and Testing
- Identify, document, report and track defects and issues.
- Manage issue reporting and triage, providing timely escalation as needed.
- Communication
- Deliver support and training demos to stakeholders as required, and document operating models and handoff processes.
- Responsible for stakeholder management between business and development teams.
Skills and Qualifications:
- 2-4 years of experience
- Ability to interact with clients and maintain strong partnerships
- Industry knowledge of financial services and processes.
- Strong project management skills and experience working on large-scale, complex projects is a plus
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong understanding of product development lifecycle (PDLC) and testing methodologies.
- Ability to use standard Aladdin tools and databases
- Ability to multitask and prioritize assignments without compromising high quality work in a demanding, fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Actively engage, collaborate, and influence partners
- Results orientated and strong team player
