About this role
This role is a leadership role within the Digital Assets organization at BlackRock, a business unit that leads our efforts across the firm’s activities in digital assets, including cryptoassets, stablecoins and tokenization. The team develops the firm’s strategy around digital assets, oversees its execution in concert with partner teams, and takes a leading role engaging with clients and other external stakeholders.
Responsibilities
Manage and lead execution of multiple major cross-functional digital assets initiatives across BlackRock
Take a leading role in the day-to-day operations of the digital assets team
Work with internal teams and external providers, and drive accountability for project execution
Lead the build-out of strategy development at the general, project, and project-specific level, including the development of written content
Coordinate preparation of materials and other critical content for internal partners, executives, and clients
Take a leading role around complex client engagements and deliver successful client outcomes
Requirements
8-15 years of relevant work experience
Action-oriented problem solver capable of working cross-functionally to drive execution
Strong team player capable of working with a diverse array of working styles and approaches
Professional experience or strong demonstrated interest in blockchain technology and digital assets
High level of intellectual curiosity
Organizational and time-management skills, strong initiative, and attention to detail
Outstanding career achievement, with demonstrated leadership and results
Strong writing and research skills

Our hybrid work model

Employees are currently required to work at least 4 days in the office per week, with the flexibility to work from home 1 day a week. Some business groups may require more time in the office due to their roles and responsibilities.
