Your role and impact
We will teach you how the firm worksand combined with your financial markets / investment management industry knowledge and technical skills,you willplay a key rolepartneringwith business, technology, and BTO leaders in deliveringsome of the firm’s most strategic, complex, and high-valued projects.
This is notatraditionalgeneric project management role where you are responsible only for project coordination / facilitation. Your responsibilities
Partner with business leads to drive strategic projects/ project workstreams,including commercial opportunitiesas well ascomplex client and technology mandates,to completion
Develop projectobjectiveswith measurable goals, drive consensus,and communicate plans and results to stakeholders
Quickly learn relevant content and contribute to current state analysis and future state design
Simplify complex topics and create innovative solutions/ ideas to solve problems
Advise business partners on workflow improvements to get the most out of our technology /identify areas for improvement in business processes and technology tools
Partner closely withsubject matter experts andengineers on prioritization and day-to-day execution
Engage andmaintainrelationships with key stakeholders across the firm to effectively navigateourglobal organization
Helpmanage communication to stakeholders/managementacross levels
Staycurrenton global finance and technology trendsimpactingBlackRock
Your experience
3-5 years of work experience, ideally within financial services or similar industry
Ability to clearly articulateobjectivesand influence outcomes
Excellent communication skills: ability to clearly articulateobjectivesand influenceoutcomes
Experience in business process analysis, design, and implementation
Ambitious and proactive: able to show initiative andcome up withideas without prompting
Technical aptitude, understanding technology in a business context

Sense of curiosity and the courage to ask tough questions

Experience with AI (artificial intelligence) /ML (machine learning), including large language models, OpenAI and Azure AI solutions a plus

Our hybrid work model
BlackRock’s hybrid work model is designed to enable a culture of collaboration and apprenticeship that enriches the experience of our employees, while supporting flexibility for all. Employees are currently required to work at least 4 days in the office per week, with the flexibility to work from home 1 day a week. Some business groups may require more time in the office due to their roles and responsibilities.
