Job Summary:
The Value Delivery function withinAladdin Client Engagement (ACE)is responsible forhelping clients maximize the value of their Aladdin investment through deep workflowexpertise, datadriven insights, and handson partnership across functional stakeholders at our enterprise clients.
As part of the ACE organization, you will serve as aconsultative partner, bridging client needs with Aladdin’s capabilities. You will oversee strategic client initiatives, drive adoption of Aladdin functionality, and ensure clients achieve measurable outcomes aligned to their business and investmentobjectives.
We areseekinga dynamic Vice Presidentto join our Aladdin Client Engagement (ACE) teamin support of our growth inthe Asia Pacific region. Thepositionwill play a pivotal role in bolsteringexecution ofregionalclientinitiatives with maximum scaleas well asstrategic and commercial alignmentwith our business.
Key Responsibilities:
StrategicClient Value Delivery:Act as atrusted advisorto senior stakeholders in Front Office, Trading & Operations, and/or Private Markets, helping them translate business priorities intoactionable Aladdin solutions.Identifyopportunities to deepenthe adoptionof Aladdin functionality, improve workflow efficiency, and unlock commercial value through enhanced usage. Lead or contribute tostrategic client change programs(suchasasset onboardings, workflow redesign, system retirements, TOM changes, and optimization initiatives)leveragingdeep hands-onexpertiseinAladdin and/oreFrontto drive measurable business impact.
Industry and Workflow Expertise:Provide thought leadership on workflows acrossinvestment lifecycle segments,leveraginginsights from global client engagement patterns and industry best practices. Partner closely with clients to diagnoseworkflowandidentifyopportunities for optimization and commercial product adoption.
Client Relationship Engagement & Governance: Partner with sales teams toalign theValue Delivery strategy with multiyear client roadmaps. Ensure client sentiment, adoption trends, and escalations are tracked and surfaced proactively. Support Aladdin governance models through ongoingbook of workreviews and strategic relationship engagements.
Product & Innovation Advocacy:Serve as client liaison to evolve Aladdin product roadmap priorities and accelerate impactful delivery for APAC markets. Educate clients on Aladdin capabilities andprovide structured feedback loops to improve product fit and drive systematic adoption.
Qualifications:
Skills:Proven ability to engage senior stakeholders, drivecross functionalalignment, and manage complex client needs.Ability to translate technical concepts intobusiness relevantinsights and articulate value propositions clearly. Strong analytical mindset anddemonstratedability to leadmulti-workstreamprograms. Strong understanding of the investment management lifecycle andhands-onexperience in one or more of:
