About this role
We are seeking a Product Manager to lead AI‑driven capabilities across Aladdin’s Client Sales and Servicing workflows. This role is responsible for defining and executing a clear AI product strategy in partnership with Aladdin business stakeholders, delivering cohesive, scalable, and well‑governed AI experiences for clients and internal users.
Artificial Intelligence is core to BlackRock’s strategy and is foundational to the continued evolution of Aladdin. This role sits at the forefront of AI product development within Aladdin, focused on improving the client experience, increasing productivity, and delivering differentiated value at scale.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute the AI product vision and strategy for Client Sales and Servicing within Aladdin, aligned to firmwide objectives.
- Own and deliver the product roadmap, balancing priorities across stakeholders while ensuring alignment with the broader Aladdin AI strategy.
- Partner closely with Sales leadership to design cohesive AI experiences that enable teams to operate more efficiently and effectively.
- Collaborate with Aladdin AI product management and engineering teams to prioritize shared capabilities and lead product increment planning.
- Establish standards, processes, and governance for the adoption, development, and release of AI‑enabled solutions.
- Drive backlog prioritization, remove delivery blockers, and define scalable deployment strategies across the firm.
- Build strong partnerships across central and federated product teams to ensure delivery against defined objectives and key results.
- Develop a deep understanding of end‑to‑end Aladdin workflows to identify opportunities for product enhancement and innovation.
- Lead user research and actively engage with clients and internal users to gather feedback that informs the product roadmap.
- Monitor developments in artificial intelligence and competitive financial services capabilities, applying insights to continuously evolve product strategy.
Qualifications
- Experience in product management, with ownership of strategy, roadmap, and delivery for complex technology products.
- Demonstrated ability to work cross‑functionally with business, engineering, data, and design teams.
- Strong understanding of AI‑enabled products and their application to client‑facing or workflow‑driven use cases.
- Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive alignment across multiple teams.
- Strong analytical, communication, and execution skills.
