  • Contribute to improving processes, documentation, and workflows to increase execution speed, visibility, and team effectiveness

  • Use tooling, automation, and AIassisted workflows where appropriate to support planning, reporting, and documentation

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent experience)

  • 3+ years of experience working with product and engineering teams in a technical program management, project management, software development, or similar role

  • Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle and agile delivery methodologies

  • Experience coordinating crossfunctional work with multiple stakeholders and dependencies

  • Proficiency with tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, Confluence, Airtable, and AI-enabled tools used throughout the planning and delivery phases of projects

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly communicate to technical and non-technical audiences

  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple workstreams concurrently

Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, or GCP) and modern software development practices, languages and frameworks

  • Experience working in wealth management, financial services or other regulated industries
