Blackstone Technology & Innovations (BXTI) is the technology team at the core of each of Blackstone’s businesses and new growth initiatives. Event Description:

Blackstone is the world’s largest alternative asset manager. We seek to create positive economic impact and long-term value for our investors, the companies we invest in, and the communities in which we work. Blackstone’s Diverse Innovators Program is an immersive one-day experience in our Miami office that provides participants early exposure to the technology sector through interactive information seminars, networking, and skill-building sessions.

Program participants will meet and interact with technology and recruiting professionals, as well as members from our Diverse Professionals Network, to give an overview of our businesses and culture. Participants will also learn more about Blackstone’s Technology and Innovations Summer Analyst program opportunities.

Blackstone’s Diverse Innovators Program is open to current undergraduate sophomores (graduating in Fall 2025 – Spring 2026) who are interested in exploring a career in the technology industry.

Please note that this is an informative event focused on providing participants with exposure to the technology sector. If accepted to participate, this does not constitute an offer of employment with Blackstone. Participation in the program is voluntary and does not establish an employment relationship of any kind.

Qualifications:

To be considered for the 2024 Diverse Innovators Program, applicants must meet the following criteria:

  • Anticipated graduation date: Fall 2025 – Spring 2026
  • Available to attend the full program in Miami on Friday, April 5, 2024 (10AM-5PM).
