Specific Responsibilities Include:

  • Partner with recruiters and program managers to execute against outlined strategy inclusive of end-to-end recruitment processes and program delivery

  • Build relationships with university career centers, faculty, and student organizations to establish a strong campus presence and promote our organization as an employer of choice.

  • Work alongside peers to develop and deliver best in class recruiting events, engagement opportunities and keep warm strategies.

  • Coordinate and schedule interviews independently, host superdays liaising directly with business stakeholders and candidates.

  • Assist with the onboarding process for full time and summer program classes.

  • Liaise with candidates and business stakeholders regarding recruiting and program activity, serve as a point of contact at select onsite and offsite events. Facilitate events as needed.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Experience working in an HR environment; experience in Financial Services is helpful but not critical

  • Strong ability to multitask amid deadlines

  • Strong attention to detail and experience in maintaining data integrity

  • Strong writing and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to build rapport and establish relationships with students, faculty, and university staff.

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

  • Ability to prioritize work and projects to support varying stakeholders

  • Desire to learn about HR and campus recruitment

  • Experience and proficiency using MS Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel & PowerPoint

  • Strong team player; willing to work independently and in a team

  • Ability to be pragmatic in a dynamic environment with a “can-do” attitude

  • High level of professionalism

Expected annual base salary range:

$75,000 - $110,000

Actual base salary within that range will be determined by several components including but not limited to the individual's experience, skills, qualifications and job location. For roles located outside of the US, please disregard the posted salary bands as these roles will follow a separate compensation process based on local market comparables.

Additional compensation: Base salary does not include other forms of compensation or benefits offered in connection with the advertised role.
