Job Description:
Analysts will work directly with the BREDS Portfolio Management team, which is responsible for delivering on critical portfolio management and reporting projects spanning all BREDS strategies (Originations, Residential, and Securities). The Portfolio Management Analyst will have the opportunity to solve real-world problems with data and work closely with the originations, trading, asset management, finance, and investor relations teams to deliver compelling and concise information to support the business.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver timely and accurate reporting materials to support portfolio management across BREDS strategies
- Analyze and synthesize raw data and analytics across portfolio
- Present findings to internal stakeholders and senior management
- Improve processes through automation and streamlining requirements with data sourcing
- Act as a liaison between the deal and support teams on shared projects
Qualifications:

The successful candidate must possess:
- A passion for figuring things out
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience and interest in programming languages like SQL, Python, Java, etc.
- An interest in finance and economics
- Strong attention to detail

Expected annual base salary range:
$110,000 - $110,000Actual base salary within that range will be determined by several components including but not limited to the individual's experience, skills, qualifications and job location. For roles located outside of the US, please disregard the posted salary bands as these roles will follow a separate compensation process based on local market comparables.
Additional compensation: Base salary does not include other forms of compensation or benefits offered in connection with the advertised role.
